WEDDING 18.09.2024.

What keywords could describe your wedding?

Duality.

We wanted it to be glamurous, but at the same time simple. Sincere, but without unnecessary show. For there to be a party, but also time to go to sleep. Farm wedding, but it's also like a fairy tale. So there is flow, but also everything is going according to plan. Let there be time for each other and also for all the loved ones.

Our plan:

14:00 Arrival, snacks and drinks

15:00 Meet and greet game

16:00 Walk with Livino and Sahara to the ceremony site. Our dog Džera was carrying the rings :)

We gave our promises and signed "officially"

Group photo on the hill (horse pasture)

Mini photo session on the way home

18:00 Dinner and warm drinks

19:00 Live music

21:00 Cake

and we went to bed at 11 pm

What was the best decision in relation to organising the wedding?

To celebrate at home. This, of course, meant a lot of preparation and cleaning work. The barn was half-finished and full of all kinds of materials. Until the last moment, we didn't know how things would turn out. Many thanks to our dear friends - Matilde, Kristīne and Baiba, they were the real fairies, who turned the old cowshed into a magical and luxurious party place.

What was special in your wedding?

When celebrating at home also our animal family - a dog, five cats and horses could participate and that was very special. The horse-gentleman Livino de Gredos, who was raised by me, he brought me 400 meters from our house to the ceremony place on the hill - in the pastures and he was not at all afraid of the giant dress that reached up to his knees.
