Shipping
Shipping costs is weight-based, so the shipping estimate is very precise and displayed at checkout. We have delivered over 15000 pots across the world!
Order processing time 2-7 working days (that’s the time for us to prep your package and get the courier to come to our middle-of-nowhere for pick-up)
You will see the delivery options at checkout:
for small orders we recommend to select Economy standard shipping (2-6weeks worldwide- sent with EMS postal service which is basically your regular postal service ). This is not insured!
for larger order (& international) select Fedex Economy for 5day worldwide delivery (this costs more but the service, speed and full insurance is worth it).
Custom or import duties
If your delivery country charges customs or import duties - these will be charges once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. Unfortunately we have no control over the charges and cannot inform you what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country – so if you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local customs office for further information.
Refunds
Even though our packing is truly excellent and breakage rate is extremely rare -
Do check your merchandise immediately after you receive it.
After leaving our studio the responsibility of the package is upon the delivery service.
If you choose the economy delivery- regular postage - they offer no insurance for the packages. We will personally refund breakages, but not the freight.
If you chose Fedex 5day worldwide delivery- all parcels get insured for their full value, we will need to claim the insurance though so you must follow the instructions below.
To be eligible for a refund the damage report must be received within 3 days of delivery and must include image of outer packaging and the broken item. If report is received correctly, you will be eligible for a refund.
Returns
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product please contact our customer service at laimaceramics@gmail.com
Please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery
When we receive the product, we will refund the value of the purchased the product, but not the original freight. Buyers are responsible for any customs/import taxes that may apply upon the return.
All products must be returned in their original packaging with all enclosed documentation and the packaging cannot be broken or in any other way damaged – neither can the product. Otherwise it will not be possible to obtain a refund.
You must pay for the freight to return the goods and this must also be arranged by yourself.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Sometimes outer packing needs to be replaced.
Custom orders and orders MADE-TO-ORDER can't be returned or exchanged!
In case of failed delivery and the item gets returned to us- you may receive refund minus shipping cost and 30% handling cost. Or you may choose repeat delivery and cover second shipping costs. Please keep an eye on your tracking number so you don’t miss your package!

All items listed are examples not the actual items (unless specified). Contact us beforehand to laimaceramics@gmail.com if you have any preferences in terms of colouring or variations. I do my very best to show the variations possible. Sizes may vary up 2cm, capacity for bigger mugs up to 100ml is acceptable variation range. Subtle variation in colour and shine/matte is part of the handmade magic :)
