GET STARTED ON YOUR GLAZE DISCOVERY JOURNEY
GLAZE CAN RUIN A PERFECT Pot…BUT IT CAN ALSO TRANSFORM AN AVERAGE BOWL INTO a FINE ART PIECE
I have destroyed ohh so many pots in my 11 years of pottery journey. Mostly it was due to badly applied/ wrongly fired/ ugly glaze. All that effort and resources to end up in the trash with all the rest of the steep “learning curve”... I hope your journey is more smooth and pleasant :)
In this course I share my experience and journey with you open-hearted. All the things I wish I knew in the beginning.
I know that in the beginning glazing is the scariest part of the whole pottery deal.
I will NOT cover in this course complex chemistry. This course is designed to get your started with following a recipe and the first steps of altering colourants in the glaze via line-blending method.
I am here to give you all the right info, to give you a GREEN LIGHT and courage to just GIVE IT A GO!
It’s actually the most exciting and fun part of the ceramics (at least to me) :)
See you in class!
